What an Events On Pine Wedding Reception in Long Beach Includes

When you book a wedding at Events On Pine, you receive exclusive use of the venue for your event. There are no other events taking place in the venue at the same time and no unrelated event guests sharing your celebration. At Events On Pine, that's the starting point. We built our packages around one idea: give a couple the venue, the right vendors, and enough structure that the day runs smoothly without ever feeling scripted.

If you're comparing venues right now, you probably have a long list of questions about what's actually included versus what you'll need to arrange yourself. Here's a clear look at what comes with a reception at Events On Pine.

A Space That Belongs to You for the Day

Every wedding booking at Events On Pine comes with exclusive use of the venue. That means no other events running in parallel, no unrelated guests passing through, and no need to share hallways or sightlines with a stranger's party. Our venue is located on the third floor, with its amenities arranged on one level. Elevator access is also available for guests.

Our Essentials Package, offered Monday through Friday, gives you a ten-hour exclusive rental with standard setup and teardown windows. It's a blank canvas approach. The Essentials Package gives you flexibility to shape the setup around your plans. Our FAQ confirms that tables and chairs from our inventory are available, while other rentals and event details can be arranged according to your needs. It's a good fit for couples who already have a vision and want the freedom to build it themselves.

Two Steps Up, Without Losing the Personal Feel

If you want more built-in support, the Signature Wedding Collection adds extra setup hours and a one-hour rehearsal, along with in-house rentals and furniture, plates, utensils, and glassware, and audio/visual equipment. It's designed for couples who want the flexibility of Essentials but don't want to source every table and chair on their own.

The Luxe Wedding Experience goes further still. On top of everything in Signature, you get upgraded linens and furniture, parking validation for your guests, bartending services, and a served buffet from our preferred caterer with a customizable menu. Staffing is included for five hours, along with buffet setup and serviceware, and The Luxe Wedding Experience also includes in-house coordination of Preferred Vendors. Every package can be customized further with add-ons, so the three tiers are really a starting framework rather than a rigid menu.

One requirement stays constant across all three packages. A professional day-of coordinator is required for weddings, no exceptions. If you don't already have one, we can point you toward names from our Preferred Partner List. For bookings that include both a ceremony and reception, a Wedding Ceremony Room Rental fee also applies. Base rental packages are subject to a service charge.

Vendors You Choose, Standards We Hold

We are an open venue, so you can bring your own florist, caterer, decorator, planner, or DJ, subject to our vendor requirements. Vendors must be approved by Events On Pine and carry the required liability insurance. Caterers must have California Food Safety Certification. Bartenders are subject to additional requirements under our Alcohol Policy.

Alcohol must be served by a California RBS-certified bartender from our Preferred Vendor List unless an exception is approved by the venue within the required timeframe. Alcohol service must stop one hour before the event ends, and self-service alcohol stations are not permitted unless monitored by certified personnel.

Conclusion

We are Tre and Jason Watson, a husband and wife team and longtime Long Beach residents. Our journey began by opening our home for intimate gatherings, workshops, and special events. That experience helped shape the flexibility, personal attention, and thoughtful service behind Events On Pine today.
